Coal Nation's Facebook admin: 'I got rid of anyone who was even remotely liberal.'

(This entry was edited 3/7/13 because reflection made me realize Coal Nation wasn't referring to Rep. Stumbo as Mrs. Stumbo, but actually his wife, who is Mrs. Stumbo)

The facebook page Coal Nation posted a meme late Monday night blasting Kentucky Democrat State House Speaker Rep. Greg Stumbo, only for saying he'd encourage Ashley Judd to run.

It appears page's admin, Jason Bradford, shut down the Coal Nation page from comments shortly after the Facebook page Draft Ashley Judd  brought awareness to their 9,500 fans about the 2nd grade crap Coal Nation was up to.

Bradford wrote,"I got rid of anyone who was even remotely liberal." We got that part:

Although I didn't grab the juicy meme, I did grab this other meme from the page illustrating some intense personal attacks against Judd. Remarkably, it's not been taken down. For reasons I'm not entirely sure, another status was taken down about laying off miners.

Maybe it's because the coal industry is shouldn't be using money to attack Judd that they could be using to not lay off miners.

And over on Stumbo's Facebook page, mixed messages they are coming today, too. It appears to be ran by a Mary and Karen. I should probably know who they are but I don't:

And that concludes my pseudo-coverage of that mess. Others will do better I'm sure.

  1. I am not a regular reader of this blog and I am not sure if your statement about not knowing who Mary and Karen are ("It appears to be ran by a Mary and Karen. I should probably know who they are but I don't")is sarcastic, so I will answer it as if it is serious. It is not Mary AND Karen, but Mary Karen Stumbo, Greg Stumbo's second wife. Here is a link to her FB page: https://www.facebook.com/mary.k.stumbo?ref=ts&fref=ts [If the statement was sarcastic, I am sorry for adding a worthless comment.]
